Koru
Yoga as a practical tool for everyday life. Private sessions for those looking for an individual approach and space to develop their practice at their own pace — without comparison or pressure to perform.
More infoYoga as a daily practice and a quiet return to yourself. No pressure to perform. No comparison. Just movement, breath, and the present moment.
My journey with movement began in childhood through athletics and later continued through dance. That was where I first experienced freedom, spontaneity, and a deeper connection with my own body.
In 2014, while in New Zealand, I attended my first yoga class — and already during that class I knew I had found something I had been looking for for a long time. That was also where I encountered the idea of Koru — a spiral inspired by the unfurling fern frond. A symbol of new beginnings, growth, and returning to the essence.
The desire to go deeper eventually led me to Rishikesh, India — a city in the foothills of the Himalayas, considered the world capital of yoga. There I completed my Yoga Teacher Training, and since then yoga has become not only my daily practice, but also a path I share with others.
On the mat, I create a space where you can pause, breathe, and be yourself. Without pressure to perform. Without perfection. Just you — in every new breath.
Three different spaces where we can meet on the mat. Choose the one that feels closest to you.
